Tori’s MSc research involves a pilot study exploring the efficacy and feasibility of an exercise training intervention consisting of brief, isolated bouts of vigorous exercise (“exercise snacks”) among individuals living with type 2 diabetes.

Biography

Tori completed her undergraduate degree in Kinesiology at Queen’s University, where she completed an honours thesis project examining the effect of pre-exercise feeding on acute glycemic responses to high-intensity exercise. Outside of the lab, Tori enjoys running and spending time with family and friends
